Terms of Service

1. Provider and acceptance

menu.band is provided by CRISTALLPONT S.R.L., P.IVA 05863730650, registered office at Traversa Dragone 2, 84010 Atrani (SA), Italy. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. What menu.band provides

menu.band helps restaurant operators import, structure, design, translate, publish and update digital menus. Features can include generated imagery, QR links, analytics and conversational editing. Availability may depend on the selected plan.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and notify support@menu.band promptly if access may be compromised. You are responsible for authorised users and the roles you assign.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain rights in menu text, prices, logos, photos and other content you supply. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transform, translate and display it only as needed to provide and improve the contracted service.

You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and that published prices, allergen information and descriptions are accurate. AI-assisted output must be reviewed by the restaurant before publication.

5. Generated images

Generated dish imagery is a presentation tool and may be realistic, editorial or ingredient-led depending on the brief. Unless explicitly agreed as documentary photography, it should not be treated as a guaranteed exact representation of portion, plating or appearance. The restaurant remains responsible for honest consumer presentation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content; to access another customer’s data; to bypass limits or security; or to disrupt the platform. We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

7. Plans, payment and cancellation

Prices, billing cycle, included usage and renewal terms are shown before purchase or in the applicable order. Unless stated otherwise, plans renew for the chosen period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep published menus available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents and third-party failures can cause temporary disruption. We may change features as the product develops, while avoiding material reduction of a paid core service without reasonable notice.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, menu.band is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate restaurant content, or failures outside reasonable control. For a paid business account, aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for material breach, unlawful use or prolonged non-payment after appropriate notice where practicable. Export important content before closure; retention and deletion then follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Law and contact

Italian law governs these terms. For business customers, the courts of Salerno have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain any mandatory forum and protection of their country of residence. Questions: support@menu.band.
